We collect information you provide during the application and interview process, including your name, contact details, work history, availability, qualifications, and interview responses. AI phone interviews are recorded and transcribed. We also generate interview summaries, scores, and evaluations.
AI Interviews and Scoring
Our phone interviews are conducted by an artificial intelligence voice agent. A separate AI agent analyzes interview information and generates scores or evaluations used in our recruiting process.
Recording and Transcription
Before an interview begins, we disclose that the interviewer is an AI agent and that the call will be recorded and transcribed, and request your permission to proceed. If you do not wish to participate, you may end the call and contact hr@yourexpresssolutions.com to discuss available alternatives.
How We Use and Share Information
We use applicant information to evaluate suitability for employment, communicate about applications, coordinate hiring activities, and maintain recruiting records. Information may be processed by service providers supporting our applicant tracking, telephone, recording, transcription, AI interviewing, AI scoring, and data storage systems. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Storage and Protection
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect applicant information and limit access to authorized personnel and service providers. We retain information for recruiting and employment-related purposes and applicable recordkeeping requirements, then delete or de-identify it when no longer needed.
